The MSU Horticulture Gardens are open daily from sunrise to sundown.

All of the formal portions of our gardens are handicapped-accessible.

Restrooms are located in the Plant and Soil Science Building. A blue line taped on the floor of the head house (work area of the greenhouse located in the Plant and Soil Sciences building) will lead visitors to the inside bathroom during university business hours. A restroom is also located at the east side of the Food Safety and Toxicology building. In the summer months, a port-a-potty is located between the 4-H Children's Garden and the Schoolyard Demonstration Garden.

An outdoor drinking fountain is located at the south entrance to the Plant and Soil Sciences building. Drinking fountains are also located inside the building near the restrooms.

Pets, smoking and skateboards are not allowed in the garden. Picnicking is permitted but please leave the alcoholic beverages at home.
