Industrial Engineer
Measures and analyzes workforce processes and activities. Develops methods to achieve behavioral acceptance/adoption across all branches. Evaluates adherence to implemented processes.
Responsibilities
1.    Visits branches (50%-70%% travel) to collect data on workforce processes/activities (e.g., direct observation, interviewing, documentation) and analyzes data to eliminate redundancies and maximize efficiency.
 2.     Identifies need and opportunities for process improvement, develops root cause analysis and consults with management to develop plan.
3.    Works with IT, Technical Services and branch management to develop training content, methodologies and measures for new process adoption. Develops and implements new process plans and training content.
4.    Trains (virtually and in-person), tests, and refines technology solutions. Audits and evaluates compliance with implemented processes.
 
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required and 1-2 years of industrial engineering, process improvement experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Change management experience preferred
Experience managing projects preferred
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of process analysis, engineering economic analysis, continuous improvement, and lean management
Knowledge and skill to develop and deliver training including training materials and job aids.
Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
