ROLE OF HORTICULTURALIST

  •   Pruning, tree removal, mulching and planting services

  •   Knowledge of plant species for identification, general care,

    proper pruning and proper planting

  •   Lead a team of 1-2 other employees in the execution of

    services, including tracking of work progress, as well as

    participation in team assessments.

  •   Equipment: dump trucks, chipper and stumper, skid steer, slit seeder, chain saws, pole

    and hand pruners, bed-edgers, trimmers and mowers.

  •   Client relationship and communication.
