Nobuko Sugimoto , Ph.D. Graduate Research Assistant

From Yokohama Japan, BS (law), Nobuko came to MSU in 2002 and joined the Postharvest Biology and Technology Lab in 2004 under Dr. Randy Beaudry. She defended her MS in 2007 and is currently pursuing her PhD. Interested in the molecular and biochemical basis of ester (aroma) formation in apple fruit during ripening.
