Robert Schutzki recognized by nursery association

Robert Schutzki, associate professor in the Department of Horticulture, was recognized from the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association (MNLA) Jan. 7.

Robert Schutzki, associate professor in the Department of Horticulture, was recognized from the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association (MNLA) Jan. 7 at the 2014 Great Lakes Trade Exposition/Green Industry Leadership and Awards Reception in the Pantlind Ballroom of the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The MNLA recognized Schutzki for his tireless efforts and contributions to Michigan’s Nursery and Landscape Industry through an exemplary career spanning over 30 years.

MNLA's executive director Amy Frankmann said, “This was a special recognition that came to fruition through action taken by the MNLA’s Board of Directors to commemorate Dr. Schutzki's tenure at MSU, in Michigan, and all that he has contributed to our industry.”
