Oral Presentations
The duration of presentation is
indicated in the scientific program and will be strictly followed. We
expect everyone to give their presentation in English using Microsoft
PowerPoint. No other visual delivery methods will be available.
We will be using Microsoft Windows on the computers so please ensure the
presentations are adaptable if you use another operating system. All
oral presenters are required to provide their PowerPoint file in the
Service Room at least 3 hours prior to their presentation. There will
be facilities for you to check your presentation.
Poster Presentations
The
title and time of each poster presentation can be found in the
poster program. A
poster board size of 90 x 120 cm will be provided. All the posters
will be exhibited on the B1 floor. Posters should be written in
English and consist of an informative title, self-explanatory charts, and
figures with text describing the aim of the investigation, methods
employed, results obtained and conclusions. We kindly request
poster presenters to stand next to their poster during the last 30 minutes
of their session to answer any questions. Thank you for your cooperation.
