2013 MSU Horticulture Garden Membership
MSU Horticulture Garden Members enjoy many special benefits such as invitations and discounts to our events and programs, including VIP admission to our annual Plant Sale on Friday evening, the night before we open the Plant Sale to the general public. (The VIP sale will take place on Friday, May 17 from 5-7pm.) Members also receive a 10% discount on all purchased plants from the sale! Additionally, members have the benefit of free admission to over 200 American Horticultural Society reciprocal gardens. Visit the best gardens in the USA at no charge! If you are traveling and plan to visit other great gardens in the USA, free admission to participating AHS gardens can easily make up for the cost of MSU Garden membership. In Florida alone, there are ten participating gardens listed, including the fabulous Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Parking tokens are available at the Visitor Center which is generally open from 10 am to 4 pm on Weekdays during the summer months. If the Visitor Center is closed (it is staffed by volunteers), contact our Garden Manager in room B110 in the greenhouse or find a staff member in a purple shirt. Additional parking tokens can be purchased at the kiosk.
